Do you have a physical shop?

Yes. CQ Prints - Office is located at 501 Pasig Blvd. Ext., Rotonda, Brgy. Caniogan Pasig City.

Are you DTI registered? Do you issue an official receipt?

Yes, we are registered under the name of CGRQ Enterprises. And yes, we issue official receipts.

What other services do you offer aside from printing stationeries?

We have a wide range of products for digital and offset printing like business cards, flyers and labels. We also print on PVC for company IDs and on tarpaulin for banners. For a more detailed list, please check this out: Digital/Offset Printing.

What is your printing lead time?

The lead time will depend on the quantity of the order and what kind of printable. For small order of stationeries and cards, we can ship out to courier after 4-5 days and on peak days, we give 6-7 days lead time after your payment has been confirmed. 

Do you have other payment options?

You can online transfer funds manually through the following:
    BDO | BDO Pay | BPI | Unionbank | Metrobank | Security Bank | GCash | PayMaya | GrabPay

We also accept Visa or Mastercard debit/credit card payments.

Do you accept layout and design services if I want a certain design?

Do you accept printing services only if I already have my own layout?

Do you deliver? What are your shipping options?

For shipping through courier, our maximum size for pouches is 12 x 18 inches. The rates are the following:
     Metro Manila and Greater Manila Area ₱ 110.00
     Luzon ₱ 185.00
     Visayas ₱ 225.00
     Mindanao ₱ 250.00

For on-demand delivery like Grab Express, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy and Toktok, the transaction fees will be shouldered by the client and paid to the riders directly. 

Are you open to resellers?

Yes! In fact, we have a reseller program. If you want to re-sell our products, that's okay. If you have designs that you want us to mass produce for reselling, that's okay too. Email cgrq@cqprintsph.com to know more.
